ALD Roadside Assistance
Contact ALD Roadside Assistance on phone +45 80 24 00 00 and state the vehicle's registration number (make sure to ask your fleet manager whether ALD Roadside Assistance is a part of your leasing contract).

In the event of mechanical damage, or damage covered by the vehicle's comprehensive insurance, while driving abroad, please contact SOS International. They will be able to guide you.
Cancellation of a fuel card
If the fuel card is lost during normal opening hours, contact ALD's Customer Service on tel.no. +45 33 55 80 50 and we will handle the practical details. Outside normal working hours you should contact the fuel company.
It is important to make a note of the card number, so that the fuel company can identify your fuel card.
